Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Exempt Items

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

• Gift Cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are available (if applicable):

• Book with clear signs of use
• Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a given day.

Late or Incomplete Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is usually processing time before a refund is issued.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you after the returned item is received.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver placed the order that was sent to them to place an order later, we'll send the gift giver a refund and they'll know about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must request it to the following address:info@eshopmaroc.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
